[ES] Historia de una caricia es un proyecto de un alto contenido autobiográfico donde la artista tinerfeña aborda, desde una perspectiva plástica, la imposilidad de lo invariable. Nada es ya para siempre.
En concreto, representa mediante manos y medusas la fragilidad de los vínculos afectivos en la contemporaneidad, elementos que se repiten en sus diferentes obras como las anáforas y epíforas al principio y al final de unos versos.
Esta es la manera en la que la artista traslada sus relatos personales en piezas visuales insistiendo en lo líquido de las relaciones actuales. En ocasiones mediante dibujos preciosistas de elaboración cuidada, llenos de pequeños detalles. En otras mediantes rayones, rápidos, expresivos,b catárticos, donde utiliza el dibujo como un ansiolítico con el que calmar cuestiones vitales, apaciguar pensamientos obsesivos, coger aire, respirar profundo. Como las medusas toman agua para propulsarse por el medio líquido mediante contracciones rítmicas.
[EN] Historia de una caricia is a highly autobiographical project where the artist from Tenerife approaches, from a plastic perspective, the impossibility of the invariable. Nothing is forever anymore.
Specifically, through hands and jellyfish, he represents the fragility of affective links in contemporary times, elements that are repeated in her different works such as anaphoras and epiphoras at the beginning and end of some verses. This is the way in which the artist translates her personal stories into visual pieces, insisting on the liquidity of current relationships.
Sometimes through precious drawings of careful elaboration, full of small details. In other means, quick, expressive, cathartic scratches, where she uses drawing as an anxiolytic with which to calm vital issues, appease obsessive thoughts, catch air, take a deep breath. As jellyfish drink water to propel through the liquid medium through rhythmic contractions.
